LAMINATED SHEET OF POSITIVE PHOTOSENSITIVE RESIN AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated sheet of a positive photosensitive resin suitable for use as an etching photoresist.

SOLUTION: The laminated sheet of a positive photosensitive resin has a cushion layer, a positive photosensitive resin layer and a cover film stacked in this order on a support film. A method for manufacturing the laminated sheet is also provided. The positive photosensitive resin layer contains a novolac type phenolic resin, an organic compound containing 1,2-naphthoquinonediazido and a thermoplastic resin required to thermally transfer the positive photosensitive resin layer to an adherend and to perform good image formation.
