PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ground embarkation controlling device of a vehicle for high lift work capable of avoiding an interference between a work bench and the ground irrespective of the inclination of the ground. SOLUTION: This ground embarkation controlling device comprises a ground inclination angle detection means S4 detecting the inclination angle of the ground relative to a horizontal plane, a vehicle body inclination angle detection means S4 detecting the inclination angle of a vehicle body 10 relative to the horizontal plane, and an operation amount calculation means 54 for obtaining the operation amount of a working device necessary for moving the work bench 24 to a ground embarkation position based on a ground inclination angleθ1 detected by the ground inclination angle detection means S4 and a ground-contact vehicle body inclination angleθ2 detected by the vehicle body inclination angle detection means S4 when a ground embarkation operation means SW1 is operated (step S6).
