PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a proper driving diagnosis system diagnosing whether or not proper driving is performed at starting and stopping by installing an acceleration sensor for detecting acceleration in an advancement direction on a vehicle and performing correction of unsuitable driving depending on a driver's peculiarity such as abrupt starting and abrupt stopping. SOLUTION: The proper driving diagnosis system is provided with a center device 1 provided with a proper driving diagnosis part 153 for calculating a primary differential value of acceleration data, diagnosing that abrupt stopping or rear-end collision is performed when an absolute value of the primary differential value exceeds a first predetermined value A, determining positive/negative degree of the primary differential value, determining that it is in the starting state, determining whether or not the acceleration data are in a first proper driving area when the primary differential value is positive, diagnosing that the driving is improper when they are not in the first proper driving area, whereas determining that it is in the stopping state and determining whether or not the acceleration data is in a second proper driving area when the primary differential value is negative and diagnosing that the driving is improper when they are in the second proper driving area.
