PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize an axial occupied width for a sealing means of a rolling bearing as much as possible in a roll supporting device for a continuous casting facility. SOLUTION: As to a sealing means of rolling bearings 8 and 9 for supporting opposed inside support axial parts 2a and 3a of one pair of split rolls 2 and 3 which are arranged coaxially, an O ring 23 which is smaller in the axial direction width can be used compared with a contact type seal in a conventional example. Thereby, the axial direction occupied width of the entire sealing means can be minimized as much as possible compared with the conventional one. |
