PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing method, image processing system, and image processing program capable of reappearing an image approximately equivalent to an original image after applying a filter and improving an S/N ratio and acquiring high-quality image data in which edges and outlines of the image are not blunt regarding the image processing method, image processing system, and image processing program. SOLUTION: Designated image processing is performed on the image data, original image data are used as the image data when the original image data are within an amount of statistical variations against an amount of statistical variations of acquired signal strength, and image processing data are used as the image data when the original image data are out of an amount of statistical variations.
