<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a method of winding a coil lead wire around a coil former including a first part, a second part, and a step between the first step and the second step, wherein the diameter of the first part is greater than the diameter of the second part, and particularly, to solve the conventional problem when the winding crosses the step. <P>SOLUTION: The method of winding a coil lead wire around a coil former (2) including a first part (28), a second part (20), and a step (25) between the first part (28) and the second part (20), wherein the diameter of the first part (28) is greater than that of the second part (20), comprises a step for accommodating the lead wire in a groove-shaped recess part (29) in the first part (28), a step for guiding the lead wire in the groove-shaped recess part (29) to the second part (20), a step for winding the lead wire around the second part (20), and a step for winding the lead wire around the first part (28) after winding it around the second part (20). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
