<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition for laser marking suitable for medical application which allows a black character, a black sign, a black pattern and the like to be marked with good contrast on the transparent substrate, is suitable for marking, for example, QR codes and the like with good resolution, and also rich in transparency, and to provide a molded body and a laser marking method for it. <P>SOLUTION: The resin composition for laser marking for medical use and its molded body contain (A) 100 parts by mass of a thermoplastic resin having transparency of a ≥40% total light transmittance and (B) 0.00001-1 part by mass of carbon black and/or mica. The laser marking method comprises irradiating the above molded body with a laser light having a beam diameter of 20-40 μm and emitted from a laser medium of a neodymium-modified yttrium-aluminum-garnet or yttrium-vanadium tetraoxide and performing the printing. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
