<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the earthquake-resistant structure of a hung ceiling capable of mounting a brace as an earthquake-resistant reinforcing member at a desired place regardless of the place of a hanging member and capable of effectively suppressing the shakings of a ceiling in the case of an earthquake. <P>SOLUTION: In the hung ceiling, ceiling battens 13 are joined at the upper end sections of cradlings 11a and 11b for the ceiling 10 in the crossed direction, and the hanging members 15 connecting upper end sections to an upper structure 16 are connected, hung down and supported to the cradling receivers. In the hung ceiling, first V-shaped braces 19 as pairs by two materials of compression members and tension members fixing lower end sections to the cradlings 11a and upper end sections to the upper structure 16 are mounted in the extending direction of the cradlings. In the hung ceiling, crossed cradlings 22 unified with a ceiling panel in the direction crossed with the cradlings are fitted at desired places among the cradlings. In the hung ceiling, second V-shaped braces 25 as pairs by two materials of the compression members and the tension members fixing the lower end sections to the crossed cradlings 22 while fixings the upper end sections to the upper structure 16 are mounted in the direction crossed with the extending direction of the cradlings. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
