PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated piezoelectric vibrator which can be assembled easily, and at the same time, can be reduced in size and thickness, an ultrasonic motor and a piezoelectric actuator using the vibrator, and electronic apparatus using the motor and actuator. SOLUTION: A laminated piezoelectric vibrator 100 is constituted by alternately laminating a plurality of first piezoelectric electrode bodies 110 and a plurality of second piezoelectric electrode bodies upon another. In the vibrator 100, first electrodes 112, 112, etc., are short-circuited to each other via an outer short-circuiting electrode 130 formed on the outer peripheral surface 100a of the vibrator 100 and second electrodes 122, 122, etc,. are short-circuited to each other via an inner short-circuiting electrode 140 formed on the inner peripheral surface of the vibrator 100. |
