FIELD: manufacture of building materials. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed heat-insulating building material contains mineral binder and filler in form of closed incombustible microspheres, 15-100 mcm in size at zero water absorption and average diameter of 50 mcm and bulk density of 0.35-0.45 g/cm3; proposed material also contains water; mineral binder and filler are taken in the amount of 34-38% and 16-20%, respectively relative to mass of material; the remainder being water.
