<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure functional adjustment by a fuse element furthermore in an electric circuit having the fuse element. <P>SOLUTION: The electric circuit 100 comprises a switching element (field effect transistor) 24; a fuse element 22 connected in series with the switching element 24 and varying its resistance by bringing the switching element 24 into conduction state; a comparator 26 which changes the output signal when the terminal voltage A<SB>IN</SB>of the fuse element 22 is lower than a reference voltage V<SB>REF</SB>, and when it is not lower than a reference voltage V<SB>REF</SB>; and a latch circuit 28 for holding the variation of an output signal from the comparator 26. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
