<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a traffic control system, a traffic control server, a traffic control method, and a traffic control program notifying occurrence of an earthquake before the earthquake occurs and allowing drivers take more suitable action, with respect to the traffic control system for controlling the traffic control device in response to the earthquake prediction, and the traffic control server, the traffic control method, and the traffic control program. <P>SOLUTION: This system has the earthquake flash report server for detecting the earthquake information from seismometers installed in various locations and providing the earthquake information, the traffic control devices for controlling the traffic, and the traffic control server for receiving the earthquake information from the earthquake flash report server, acquiring the predicted earthquake information for various locations based on the received earthquake information, controlling the traffic control device in a corresponding area when the predicted earthquake information exceeds a threshold value, and notifying that a seismic wave (an S wave) exceeding a prescribed scale comes. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
