PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mold carrying-in device where a mold can be carried-in to a mold fitting position in a molding machine by a single operation, the useless projecting part of a cart carrying the mold to the outside is eliminated, and the operation can be safely performed. SOLUTION: The mold carrying-in device for carrying a mold used in a molding machine into the molding machine comprises: a movable base 8 provided so as to be freely movable on a pedestal of a carrying cart; power sources 1, 2, 3, 4 for driving the movable base in the mold carrying-in direction to the molding machine; a thrusting member 13 provided on the movable base, and being abutted against the mold loaded on the pedestal of the carrying cart, so as to thrust the mold into the molding machine; and thrusting member moving means 9, 10, 11, 12 for allowing the thrusting member to progress to the mold carrying-in direction than the movable base, and allowing the mold to be movable to the mold fitting position of the molding machine.
