PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating equipment by which a large sized metal or fiber reinforced plastic to be coated is coated with high quality under good working environment. SOLUTION: The coating equipment is provided with: a coating space 6 which stores and holds the material 5 to be coated, wherein an air blowing port 2 is formed on a ceiling part 1 and an air suction port 4 is formed on a floor part 3 so as to form an air flow along the material 5 to be coated from the upper side to the lower side; and a plurality of working booths 7, 8, 9 provided on the side of the coating space 6 hierarchically. The working booth 7, 8, 9 on each floor is divided into a plurality of working stations S in the depth direction and the working station S is provided with an air blowing port 20 capable of being on-off switched and for blowing air forward to face the coating space 6 when the blower is switched-on on the back face and a shielding body which is capable of being on-off switched and for separating the working station s from the coating apace 6 is provided on the front face.
