PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily capture image information which is once printed on a sheet in a fixed form. SOLUTION: A hard disk recorder 10 includes a USB I/F 38, an HD drive 22, and a control unit 36. The USB I/F 38 communicates with a scanner 16 equipped with an automatic sheet feeder. The HD drive 22 records data of image information. The control unit 36 controls the USB I/F 38 and HD drive 22. The control unit 36 controls the USB I/F 38 to instruct the scanner 16 with the automatic sheet feeder to capture the image information. Once the USB I/F 38 receives the data of the image information from the scanner 16 with the automatic sheet feeder, the control unit 36 controls the HD device 22 to record the data of the image information.
