PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot-water supply system supplying hot water at a stable temperature when resupplying the hot water. SOLUTION: This hot-water supply system is provided with: a flow sensor 13 for detecting a flow of a mixed hot-water supply pipe 12 for supplying mixed hot water from a motor-driven hot-water and water mixing valve 8 for mixing water from a water supply pipe 1 with hot water from a hot-water supply pipe 10; a mixed hot-water sensor 14 for detecting a temperature of the mixed hot water, a control part 15; and a remote controller 16 for setting the hot-water temperature of the hot water supply. The control part 15 stores an opening value of the motor-driven hot-water and water mixing valve 8 when a set value of the hot-water temperature in the hot water supply gets equal to a mixed hot-water sensor 14 detection value as a stable opening value, during detection of a flow of the mixed hot water by the flow sensor 13, calculates a moving opening value of the motor-driven hot-water and water mixing valve 8, based on a difference between the hot-water temperatures in the hot water supply before and after changed, when the set value of hot-water temperatures in the hot water supply is changed by the remote controller 16, after detecting the stop of the mixed hot water, and starts the hot water supply at an opening value with the moving opening value added to the stable opening value, in the start of hot water supply in the next.
