PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric pump capable of surely exhausting air gathered in a pump room, and capable of enhancing delivery pressure. SOLUTION: A base part 16 is formed on the inner bottom surface of the pump room 12 opposed to a central part of a piezoelectric element 21, and a flow passage part 17 communicating with an inflow port 14 and a discharge port 15 is formed at the outer periphery of the base part 16. When the piezoelectric element 21 is deformed so as to be bendable, since a clearance between the central part of the piezoelectric element 21 and the base part 16 is narrow, liquid existing on the base part 16 is pushed out to the flow passage part 17 on the outer peripheral side, and air is trapped by the flow passage part 17. The liquid of the flow passage part 17 is discharged to the discharge port 15 accompanied by a volumetric change in the pump room 12, and the air is also exhausted together with the liquid.
