PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain damage of a filter by differential pressure generated between the opening part side of the filter and the downstream side of a bottom part of the filter. SOLUTION: This filter 1 is arranged in a fluid passage 14, and composed of a bottomed cylindrical body. The filter 1 has an opening 21 being an inlet part of the fluid passage 14, a cylindrical part 3 forming a plurality of pores 31 as a filtering hole, and a bottom 4 formed at the closing end side. An area of forming at least the pores 31 on the outer peripheral surface 32 of the cylindrical part 3, that is, a partial area in the peripheral direction, is formed as a press-in surface 33 to the first inner peripheral surface 141 of the fluid passage 14. The damage of the filter by differential pressure generated between the opening side of the filter and the downstream side of the bottom of the filter can be restrained thereby.
