PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antivibration device which can prevent relative displacement and rotation gap between an inner tube and a rebound stopper without applying harmful effect on rebound stopper performance, and easily confirm whether the inner tube and the rebound stopper are regularly assembled. SOLUTION: The antivibration device comprises: an inner tube 6 connected to engine side; an outer tube 7 connected to the body side; a rubber elastomer 8 elastically connecting the inner tube and the outer tube; and a rebound stopper 26 which is arranged in such a state that a head of the inner tube is inserted, and prevents the inner tube from moving by a predetermined quantity or more by contacting with a shoulder of head periphery of the inner tube when the inner tube moves in estrangement from the outer tube by a predetermined quantity or more by a load opposite to a supporting load. Additionally, a non-circular engaging hole possible to be inserted by a head 14 is formed in the rebound stopper, and a non-circular convex 17 corresponding to the engaging hole is arranged in a shoulder 16 of the inner tube.
