PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for culturing Lyophyllum shimeji in a mushroom bed, which can reduce the number of days for the culture and can stably produce the Lyophyllum shimeji on the commercial culture of the Lyophyllum shimeji. SOLUTION: Provided are the method for culturing the Lyophyllum shimeji in the mushroom bed, characterized by irradiating light in a culture condition to induce a fruit body anlage, and a culture product for culturing Lyophyllum shimeji in a mushroom bed during culture, wherein the fruit body anlage is formed during the culture. The present invention is useful at points: the culture product is held in a clean state; the fruit body anlage is formed in a clean environment; and the culture product after the formation of the fruit body anlage can be transferred to a remote mushroom culture facility in a clean condition as it is.
