PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery pack which contacts closely to electronic equipment and is prevented from looseness when housed in the electronic equipment, and is alleviated in a shock when the electronic equipment has received an impact from the outside, and which is prevented from invasion of water from a terminal window at the time of water leakage of the electronic equipment. SOLUTION: The battery pack 1 is provided with a battery core 2, a case 3, and a lid 4. A protection circuit board 22 is arranged on one side face of an elementary battery 21 of the battery core 2, and input and output terminals 22b, 22b, 22b are installed at one end part of the protection circuit board 22. Recessed part 32a is provided at one end part of the case 3, and terminal windows 32b, 32b, 32b for exposing the input and output terminals 22b, 22b, 22b are provided at the recessed part 32a.
