PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a continuous emulsion dispersion treatment device which can crush sludge flocs of not less than 100μm particle diameter and treat the sludge flocs at a low energy consumption rate and without abnormal vibration. SOLUTION: This device has a rotary blade 6 installed at the internal bottom part of an emulsion dispersion treatment tank configured of an emulsion dispersion treatment tank side surface 1 and an emulsion dispersion treatment tank bottom surface 2. The treatment procedures are as follows: A primary treatment solution is introduced into the emulsion dispersion treatment tank, then is emulsified and dispersed using the rotary blade 6, and a secondary treatment solution is led out while the highest solution level inside the emulsion dispersion treatment tank is kept invariably. The solution level is of such a height that a meniscus generated in the solution level by the rotation of the rotary blade 6 can reach the rotary blade 6. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
