METHOD FOR CONSTRUCTING CONCRETE USING CEMENT CONCRETE COMPOSITE HAVING IRON OXIDE PIGMENT

A method for constructing colored concrete using cement concrete composition containing iron oxide pigment is provided to realize various-colored concrete composition according to the mixing ratio of iron oxide pigment and cement by weight. A method for constructing colored concrete comprises the following steps of: mixing iron oxide pigment and water in a ratio of 1:0.8-1:1.2 to prepare iron oxide liquid pigment(S401); mixing 150~180kgf of water, 260~350kgf of cement, 800~1000kgf of fine aggregate, 850~1000kgf of coarse aggregate, 1.0%~10% of iron oxide liquid pigment on a basis of cement by weight, 0.6~1.5kgf of geotextile, 0.1~5kgf of mixing materials and 0.3~4kgf of admixture in order to prepare colored concrete(S402); applying the colored concrete in the field(S403); primarily treating the surface of the applied concrete with a float or curling-tongs(S404); secondarily treating the surface of the concrete with a finisher or float(S405); curing the colored concrete; and cutting the colored concrete.
