A fuel tank manufacturing method is provided to reduce the manufacturing cost and time by making various sizes of baffle plates for the capacity of a fuel case. A fuel tank manufacturing method comprises: a step of sealing one end of a parison(32) at the state positioning the parison between a first and second mold(21,22); a step of blow-molding the parison to be a fuel case(41) shape in the state that the first and second mold are closed; a step of welding a first baffle plate(31) and the fuel case into one body; and a step of taking out a molded fuel tank(40) from the first and second mold by separating the closed first and second mold. The fuel tank is integrally combined with a second baffle plate(43).
