A non-power ventilator is provided to perform room ventilation by fixing a fan on the lower part of a shaft rotating with wind to discharge polluted indoor air to outside within a short time. A non-power ventilator comprises a housing(11), a plurality of wave wings(12), an shaft(13), a support(14) and a fan(17). The housing comprises a supporting bar(11a). The support is installed at the housing and supports the shaft. In the support and the supporting bar, an upper part and a lower part of the shaft are installed by a bearing(15). As the shaft rotates with the rotation of the wave wing, suction force is generated while the fan rotates.
