SADDLE FOR DETECTING A WATER LEAKAGE AND DRAINAGE VALVE USING THE SAME

A saddle for detecting a water leakage and a drain valve using the same are provided to allow the user to check a water leakage with naked eyes, thereby improving reliability and convenience in water leakage detection. A saddle for detecting a water leakage comprises a coupling member which is combined to encircle a drain valve installed on a drain pipe(3) connecting a water supply pipe and a sewer pipe, a disk member which is inserted in an insertion hole of the coupling member, and a drain guide pipe(30) which is connected to a discharge hole and guides the water ejected through the discharge hole. The coupling member has an insertion hole for connection to a first through hole(7) formed on the top of the drain pipe, and the discharge hole(18) for connection to a second through hole(8) formed on the bottom of the drain pipe.
