A rich media server, a rich media production system and a rich media production method are provided to enable an expert and a user to participate in rich media production, thereby providing various user comments related to moving picture contents through rich media. A comment storage unit(31) receives a user comment about a predetermined reproduction interval of a moving picture from a producer player(21) and stores the user comment. If a general player(23) requests rich media, a rich media controller(34) displays a rich media screen on the player. The rich media screen includes the moving picture and includes a user comment corresponding to the moving picture during a corresponding reproduction interval.
