PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio communication terminal capable of satisfying a demand by a user who wants to contact with some destination at the time of emergency, without causing congestion and line failures at a telecommunication network. SOLUTION: The radio communication terminal 100 is characterized in that it includes a radio communication portion 10 for wirelessly communicating with a base station, a broadcast reception portion 12 for receiving emergency warning broadcast, and a control portion 30 for controlling to make communication by the radio communication portion 10 invalid after a predetermined time is past, if the broadcast reception portion 12 receives the emergency warning broadcast.
