PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate attaching of a roller bracket to a frame with a simple configuration. SOLUTION: A turnable shaft 149 is formed by burring on right and left side panels of the roller bracket 142, and an installing groove 150 is made at least on one of right and left panels of the frame to make the turnable shaft turnable at the bottom edge of the installing groove. An arc groove 163 is made by branching in the middle of the installing groove and making its center of curvature at the center of the turnable shaft, and a protrusion 160 is formed on the side panel of the bracket so as to be inserted into the arc groove so that the bracket has contact with an upper frame and the protrusion does not slip out.
