Body is equipped with guide plate and flow divider. Plate is arranged with the possibility of rotation and is installed over distributing rotors. Rotor comprises disc with three rows of blades arranged on it. Rows of blades are installed coaxially at various distance from disc surface. In each subsequent row length of blades is more than in the previous one.
