PURPOSE: An energy harvesting device is provided to improve the efficiency for an energy transformation and be used as a power source for electronic devices by using very fine nano-helixes. CONSTITUTION: A first nano helix(20) amplifies incident electromagnetic waves. A second nano helix(30) generates an induced current from the amplified electromagnetic waves by the first nano helix'. A diode unit layer(40) rectifies the induced current generated from the second nano helix. The first and the second nano helixes are composed by conductive materials. The first nano helix is arranged beside a second nano helix.
