PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide oxide magnetic material in which inner conductor is Ag single body, low-temperature sinterning is enabled and inner conductor disappearance due to diffusion of Ag is restrained, a laminated chip inductor of heavy- current specifications which uses the material, and manufacturing methods of the material and the laminated chip inductor. SOLUTION: This oxide magnetic material, as a sintered member is constituted of 100 pts.wt. of main components comprising 44.0-49.9 mol.% Fe2O3, 5.0-12.0 mol.% CuO, 20.0-30.0 mol.% NiO and remainder mol.% these three components of ZnO, and assistant agent composed of 0.5-2.0 pts.wt. of Bi2O3, 0.1-0.5 pts.wt. of B2O3, 0.5-2.0 pts.wt. of Rh2O3 and 0.03-0.10 pts.wt. Ag2O. In the manufacturing method of the oxide magnetic material, baking is performed for 0.5-5.0 hours at 800-900 deg.C. A laminated chip inductor uses Ag as inner conductor, and soft ferrite is made as the oxide magnetic material. In a manufacturing method of the laminated chip inductor, after a prescribed circuit is formed on a green sheet which turns into the oxide magnetic material, baking is performed with this method in order to obtain a unified body. |
