PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a powdered food product for a beverage, not causing coagulation due to reaction of proteins contained in a creamy powder with calcium, nor causing suspended matter nor any precipitate due to demulsification after being dissolved in an aqueous medium, capable of giving a beverage having an attractive appearance, and durable in long-term distribution and storage, even though the powdered food product contains the creamy powder and a calcium component. SOLUTION: This powdered food product for the beverage contains a granulated material comprising an ionic surfactant and the creamy powder, the calcium component, and a sucrose fatty acid ester. |
