Disclosed is an organic light emitting device. The organic light emitting device comprises: a first electrode; a second electrode facing the first electrode; and an organic layer mounted between the first electrode and the second electrode, including a luminous layer. The organic layer includes: a first compound represented by chemical formula 1-1 or chemical formula 1-2; and a second compound represented by chemical formula 2.
