FIELD: construction.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods for loosening, emptying, mixing of loose materials in flexible container: containers, bags, big-bags of multiple use. Method for loosening and mixing of loose materials in flexible container includes installation of rotating shaft with shaft end of nozzle in form of mill, followed by reaction of shaft with pressed loose material by smooth lowering of shaft to loose material, starting from upper layers. Rotary shaft is selected in form of screw and arranged to displace axially inside cylindrical casing, cylindrical casing is fixed by means of gimbals or ball joint, cylindrical casing is tightly connected with neck flexible containers, loosening and mixing of loose material is performed by spherical motion of shaft with gradual increase of angle between vertical axis and axis of shaft rotation, movement of shaft is carried out without interaction with inner walls of containers loosened, loose material is gradually discharged from container with help of screw. It is provided in present method, arrangement of complex motion screw with milling head consisting of a relative-reciprocal motion along axis of the screw and portable-spherical motion.EFFECT: using presented method loosening and mixing of loose materials in flexible container makes it possible to considerably reduce time of empty and mixing of loose materials in flexible container and that is very important, without violating its integrity.1 cl, 2 dwg |
