发明名称 SENSOR MODULE FOR BIOLOGICAL SIGNAL DETECTION USING CONDUCTIVE WIRE
摘要 The purpose of the present invention is to provide a method capable of reducing a manufacturing processes and of improving productivity by utilizing an electrode as an electrode of a bio-signal sensing device and by simplifying a construction of the electrode and an electrical connection structure. The present invention discloses the sensor module to detect a bio-signal by using a conductive-wire as an electrode. The sensor module to detect the bio-signal according to the present invention comprises: an array electrode including a plurality of electrode patterns formed on both surfaces of a nonconductive basic material by using the conductive wire; a substrate including a plurality of connecting terminals corresponding to the plurality of electrode patterns and a plurality of wire patterns individually connected to the plurality of connecting terminals; and a fixing means to fixate the substrate on the array electrode to always connect the plurality of electrode patterns to the plurality of connecting terminals. According to the present invention, the sensor module may give smooth and comfortable wearing sensation to a user by utilizing the conductive wire as the electrode to detect the bio-signal and more accurately detect a bio-signal by obtaining an enough connecting surface when the flection is existed on a skin contact surface. In addition, the method may simply form an array electrode by using the conductive wire in the non-conductive base material and may remarkably improve the productivity of the array electrode with a simple electric connecting configuration. In addition, the electrode pattern formed by the conductive wire provides a flexible skin contact surface, minimizes the electrode pattern, and compactly forms the sensor module.
