The present invention relates to an energy power generation device using a zinc oxide nanowire, and more particularly, to a method of producing a zinc oxide nanowire including the following steps: preparing a solution containing a dispersing agent; preparing a low-concentration seed solution of a zinc oxide; preparing a growth solution containing a zinc ion-supplying compound; mixing the solution containing a dispersing agent and the seed solution of a zinc oxide and then sonicating the resultant mixture to prepare a zinc oxide seed dispersion solution in which zinc oxide nanoparticles are dispersed; coating a substrate with the zinc oxide seed dispersion solution; annealing the coated zinc oxide seed dispersion solution to form a zinc oxide seed layer on a substrate; and turning over and immersing the zinc oxide seed layer-formed substrate in the growth solution and then wet-growing the zinc oxide nanowire, and to an energy power generation device including a piezoelectric layer of a zinc oxide nanowire prepared thereby. |
