Provided are an organic light emitting display device and a manufacturing method thereof. The organic light emitting display device has: a substrate; a first electrode and a second electrode disposed on the substrate and facing each other; two or more light emitting layers located between the first electrode and the second electrode; and two or more color filters located on the second electrode. The organic light emitting layer emits a first color light, and the color filter emits a second color light and a third color light.
