Disclosed is a passenger protection method for a vehicle, which comprises control logic. The control logic detects a gear while a vehicle stops, determines whether a passenger seat and a rear door are opened or closed and limits the driving of a vehicle by allowing the vehicle to be driven in a state that the passenger door and the rear door are closed and changing a gear step into an undrivable step in a state that the passenger door and the rear door are opened.
