PURPOSE: An aqueous metallic color ink composition is provided to prevent the oxidation of an aluminium pigment, to prevent the sedimentation and agglomeration of an aluminium pigment due to the difference of density and to maximize the metallic effect of an aluminium pigment. CONSTITUTION: The aqueous metallic color ink composition comprises an aluminium pigment powder, and is characterized by the pH which is adjusted to be 7±2 to prevent the oxidation of the aluminium pigment powder. Preferably the viscosity of the composition is maintained to be 1,500-7,000 mPas(cps) at 25 deg.C(BL-type viscometer Roter No.3) to prevent the sedimentation and agglomeration of the aluminium pigment powder by using a natural polysaccharide and a synthetic polymer polysaccharide. The distance between the ball of the metal tip for a ball-point pen is maintained to be 60±20 micrometers. |
