PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an immunogenic composition comprising an adjuvant having remarkable immune stimulation ability, and particularly a composition comprising a phospholipid adjuvant.SOLUTION: The present invention is an immunogenic composition containing a phospholipid adjuvant comprising a fine particle and an emulsion composition. An immunogenic composition comprises water; a polymer fine particle comprising a biodegradable polymer, for example, a polymer selected from a poly(α-hydroxy acid), polyhydroxy butyric acid, a polycaprolactone, a polyorthoester, a polyanhydride and a polycyano acrylate; an antigen adsorbed to the fine particle; and a phospholipid compound, for example, a synthetic phospholipid compound comprising (i) one or more phosphoryl groups independently selected from a phosphate group and a phosphodiester group; (ii) a plurality of linear alkane groups.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
