Disclosed is a rotor structure in a permanent magnet motor. According to the present invention, a rotor core of a rotor has a plurality of embedding holes in which a plurality of permanent magnets are embedded. Some of the plurality of embedding holes are connected to a shaft hole and the other embedding holes are not connected to the shaft hole. The present invention provides a rotor structure in a permanent magnet motor with improved assemblability and reduced magnetic flux leakage.
