Pressure compensator for underwater electrical plant comprises rigid cylinder (102) and elastic bag (104), arranged in stiff container (102). In pressure compensator first hole (108) is made on its first end, providing insulating liquid hydraulic connection with intermediate space (116) formed between rigid cylinder (102) and elastic bag (104). Second hole (110) provides sea water hydraulic connection with inner space of elastic bag (104).
