FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in rehabilitation following fractures of forearm bones in gerontological patients. After removing plaster bandage, diadinamophoresis is performed in a patient sitting on a chair. Arranging first electrode (+) with gasket, soaked in 5 % placenta hydrolysate solution, measuring 6×10 cm above a projection of callus in place of fracture of forearm bones from inner side of forearm. Second electrode (-) measuring 8×10 cm is placed on outer surface of forearm. Diadinamophoresis is carried out with DT-50-3 apparatus with direct current of sinusoidal shape with frequency 100 Hz for 15 minutes. Current is gradually increased until onset of marked but non-painful sensations of vibration under electrodes. Then applying magneto-acoustic effect over a projection of callus in place of fracture of forearm bones using Magofon-01. Value of magnetic induction is 30±9 mT, frequency of acoustic range 0.02-20 kHz for 10 minutes. Course of 10 procedures daily.EFFECT: method provides marked analgesic effect, normalises function of wrist joint of injured extremity, prevents development of wrist joint contractures, provides higher adaptation of reaction to functional load, promotes recovery of disturbed corticovisceral relationships, normalises metabolic processes due to integrated exposure.1 cl, 2 tbl, 2 ex |
