PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a traffic evaluation device and a computer program that can easily perform comparison verification of a traffic state.SOLUTION: A traffic evaluation device comprises: an assumption event setting part for setting an assumption event; a countermeasure setting part for setting a plurality of different countermeasures in the assumption event; a traffic evaluation index calculation part for calculating a normal traffic evaluation index with any link before the assumption event is set, an assumption traffic evaluation index with a link after the assumption event is set, and a countermeasure traffic evaluation index with a link after the countermeasure is set according to different countermeasures; and a display control part for performing control to display each of the calculated normal traffic evaluation index, the assumption traffic evaluation index, and one countermeasure traffic evaluation index by associating them with a link on a road network drawn in one display screen and to display each of the normal traffic evaluation index, the assumption traffic evaluation index, and another countermeasure traffic evaluation index by associating them with a link on a road network drawn in another display screen.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
