PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measuring device limited in number of components, in a simple constitution, easy to handle, and capable of measuring the absolute value of the fastening force of a hose clamp.SOLUTION: Each of a pair of load receiving pieces 2 and 3 freely contacted/separated to receive the fastening load of a hose clamp 100 is formed into an axial section semicircular shape, and spacer bodies 4 and 5 the same in shape to the outer peripheral surfaces of the pair of load receiving pieces 2 and 3 and having required thicknesses are stuck to the circumferences of the pair of load receiving pieces 2 and 3. Grooves 6 and 7 are provided along a contact/separation direction at both ends of the pair of load receiving pieces 2 and 3 protruded from the spacer bodies 4 and 5, and guide rods 8 and 9 are slidably fitted in the grooves 6 and 7. One ends of the guide rods 8 and 9 are fixed to one of the pair of load receiving pieces 2 and 3, and the other ends of the guide rods 8 and 9 are fixed to the other of the pair of load receiving pieces 2 and 3. Recessed parts 2A and 3A are respectively provided on the opposing surfaces of the pair of load receiving pieces 2 and 3, and a load cell 10 is held in the recessed parts 2A and 3A.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9 |
