摘要 While a plurality of battery packs are housed in fixed positions of a rack main body, the battery packs are connected to each other efficiently and moreover safely. In a rack-mount power supply device, a plurality of battery packs 1 are removably placed in a rack main body 2. In each battery pack 1, a battery 10 including a plurality of unit cells 11 is housed in an outer case 12, and positive and negative output terminals 13 are provided so as to come out on a back surface of the outer case 12. The rack main body 2 includes a plurality of housing spaces 20 housing the battery packs 1, respectively, and includes input terminals 23 on a facing surface 22 which is an inner surface of each housing space 20 and which faces output terminals 13, the output terminals 13 being to be electrically connected to the input terminals 23 in a fitting state. In the rack main body 2, the input terminals 23 are wired in a predetermined connection state on the back sides of the respective facing surfaces 22. In the rack-mount power supply device, the plurality of battery packs 1 are connected to each other in a predetermined connection state, with the plurality of battery packs 1 guided into the housing spaces 20 of the rack main body 2 and the output terminals 13 connected to the input terminals 23.
