PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermal printer capable of executing satisfactorily printing even when a heating print medium is secret thermal paper and environment temperature is low.SOLUTION: A thermal printer 100 supplies waste heat discharged by a head circuit board 120 to secret thermal paper STP before conveyance to a thermal head 121 by means of a medium preheating means to preheat the same, and therefore can execute satisfactorily printing to the secret thermal paper STP even when environment temperature is low. |
