PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sensor management device, a sensor, a monitoring system, a sensor management method, a sensor management program, a monitoring method and a monitoring program, capable of, in a configuration to display a measurement result by a sensor on a screen, supporting a user under a situation where a display side becomes incapable of obtaining the measurement result of the sensor.SOLUTION: A sensor management device 12 includes: a receiving part configured to receive sensor information representing a measurement result at a sensor 11; and a display control part configured to perform a control of displaying an image 13 associating the sensor with the measurement result represented by the sensor information received by the receiving part.
