PURPOSE: A food composition containing a large amount of collagen protein and various vitamins as a main material is provided which enhances the elasticity of skin, reduces the depth or intensity of fine wrinkles in skin and eliminates acne, ephelides, etc.. CONSTITUTION: A mixture of 58 to 67% by weight of collagen protein, 2 to 5% by weight of vitamin B3, 1.5 to 2.5% by weight of vitamin C and 5 to 8% by weight of vitamin E is dispersed in 22 to 28% by weight of soybean oil and encapsulated with a soft capsule sheet consisting of a mixture of 66% by weight of gelatin, 24% by weight of glycerin and 10% by weight of sorbitol to produce a soft capsule containing 500mg mixture composition. |
